Give yourself a break have some time with yourself, get some sleep and come back with new energy and do or create something new and exciting. Repetitive routine overload can damage your well being. Getting too entangled in our routine can lead us to become some sort of robots, who do what they have to do with no awareness nor reason. Getting too carried away by our “life”, can lead us to forget the road we are walking and especially where the hell we are heading. Its important to take a break from all, and look well at where we are, where are we going and who we are becoming. Spend some quality time with yourself.
